She has developed more than 30 programmes and trained tens of thousands of financial professionals. Her facilitation style emphasises participation, reflection and practical application, helping participants turn learning into behaviours they can use in their work and lives.

As a former Head of Training in the financial services industry, Fennie brings extensive experience in programme design, capability development and learning strategy. She has designed more than 50 programmes and trained over 35,000 participants.
